Scrambled Egg Using Airfryer

Saturday morning breakfast. Think scrambled eggs and Big Breakfast - and laziness. Here was my easy-peasy version.

Recipe
Yield: two sets of scrambled egg on toast

Ingredients
2 eggs
10g unsalted butter
pepper and salt to tast
 
Directions

1. Break the 2 eggs.
 

2. Whisk them.


3. Preheat airfryer at 140 degrees for 5 min. Drop the butter in the preheated airfryer to melt it.

4. When ready, tilt the baking pan all around to spread the butter out evenly.

5. Pour the beaten egg into the airfryer at 140 degrees for 10 min. If you would like other ingredients in your eggs, e.g. mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, drop them in at this point.

6. Open every few minutes to whisk continuously until it becomes fluffy and yellow. I prefer not to scamble them till fully cooked - but it's really up to you. 

Tips: Make sure your airfryer is placed such that the basket can rest on the kitchen top if needed.


Do toast some bread and put the scrambled eggs on top. And here you have it - easy egg on toast with milk. Super yummy and nutritious!

 
Be creative. Add a tomato for a healthier dose!

Thanks for sharing , you made your scrambled egg in Airfryer, that's nice. I often add in some milk it the egg while I beat them. Glad that I found you as I really don't know how to use my Airfryer.

Hello! Do you just pour them into the air fryer? Or do they need to be in a baking dish inside the air fryer? I just got one and I am really unsure how to use it, trying to learn! :)
