[Recipe] Beef and Spinach Penne Using Pressure Cooker (Ninja Foodi)

January 08, 2021 0 Comments A+ a-

Would you believe it if I told you that it took me under 10 minutes to get this nutritious Beef and Spinach Penne-Fusilli all done up (who noticed the steam 😜)? And for half the cooking time, I could just let the Ninja Foodi run on its own so I could do other things. Very fuss-free. Importantly, the pasta was full-flavoured, with all the meat juices and pasta sauce all sealed in. 👍

Enjoy my super easy 3-step one-pot recipe!

Ingredients
130g mushrooms
80g spinach
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 litre water
250g minced beef
210g penne (I like to mix some fusilli for variety)
250g store-bought pasta sauce

Directions
1. Place first 4 items into the Ninja Foodi. Cook on Saute mode HI for 5 minutes.

2. Place remaining items into the Foodi. Pressure Cook for 4 minutes, followed by quick release.

3. When ready, give all the ingredients a good mix.

See, the fusilli is well-cooked!

Serve hot and enjoy!
